Meet Master Pep
Master Pep wasn't designed as a mascot. He was created as a research advisor — a character who could translate complex peptide science into actionable, honest guidance without the hype that dominates the supplement industry.
His origin story is simple: the StackX founding team kept asking, "Who would we want advising us if we were starting our research journey from scratch?" The answer was someone with deep scientific knowledge, zero financial incentive to oversell, and a genuine commitment to researcher outcomes.
Master Pep speaks in plain language. He cites his sources. He tells you when the evidence is weak and when it's strong. He doesn't recommend stacks he wouldn't use himself — and he's transparent about the limits of current research.
Every product page, every research article, and every protocol suggestion on StackX is filtered through the question: "What would Master Pep actually say about this?"
The StackX Story
The Problem
A group of independent researchers kept running into the same wall: sourcing high-purity compounds was either impossible, opaque, or required navigating shady gray-market vendors with no accountability.
The Idea
What if there was a single, trusted source that combined premium sourcing with real research education? Not a supplement store. Not a pharma company. A research partner.
Master Pep Is Born
The team created Master Pep — a fictional research advisor who embodies the StackX philosophy: rigorous, curious, and always on the side of the researcher. He became the voice of the platform.
StackX Launches
The platform launched with 24 compounds, a research library, and a community feed. Within six months, the member base had grown to over 1,200 active researchers.
The Lab System
The Lab Init system launched — giving every member a personalized research identity, XP progression, and a private cycle tracker. Research became personal.
Stacks & Protocols
The Compound Pairing and Stack Builder tools launched, letting researchers build, save, and share multi-compound protocols with the community.
Still Building
StackX continues to expand its catalog, deepen its research library, and grow the community of researchers who believe that knowledge is the most powerful compound of all.
